The doctor says it seems to just be a severe case of Tendinitis.  He couldn't feel anything out of place when he examined the arm.  So, 10 days of ibuprofen 3 times a day, and be gentle on the arm (I can still use it, just be careful with it).  If it still bothers me afterward, we'll do some x-rays and he'll send me to an orthopedic surgeon for a consult.
